Panic Attack Symtoms

Panic Attack Symtoms

My panic attack symptoms included: Breathlessness/tight chest, pounding heart, sweating, dry mouth and jelly-like legs. Once the panic attack subsided I would feel drained, in need of rest and I experienced a “not there” feeling. After around an hour or so, things would settle down again and I would feel a little better.

From talking to other panic attack sufferers, it would appear that, whilst my panic attack symptoms weren’t unusual, each experienced their own sensations in addition to some or all of the above.

For very many years, I searched for a satisfactory panic / anxiety attack treatment only to feel very let down when the doctor or therapist couldn't come up with the goods. Eventually, after many years of heartache and disappointment I stumbled upon a website, purely by accident, that changed my life forever.
